About CSI Contract Deco
CSI Contract Deco is the contract decoration division of Commercial Screenprinting, Inc. (CSI), created to support promotional product companies, national distributors, and agencies that require reliable, high-volume production.
We focus exclusively on contract decoration. We do not sell direct to consumers or compete with our partners’ end clients. Our role is to operate as an extension of your production capacity, delivering consistent quality at scale.
Our facility is built to handle mass volume and repeat programs. With significant embroidery, screen printing, and digital transfer capacity under one roof, we support large purchase orders, national campaigns, and seasonal surges with predictable output and dependable turnaround.

Our Services
Contract Embroidery
We operate 34 embroidery heads capable of supporting high-volume, repeatable production. Based on a single 8–10 hour production shift, our average embroidery capacity ranges from approximately 5,400 to 10,200 pieces per day, depending on stitch count and design complexity.
Our embroidery operation is optimized for polos, headwear, outerwear, uniforms, and corporate apparel. Extended hours and night shifts are available to increase output during peak demand periods.
Contract Screen Printing
Our screen printing department includes 34 screenprinting heads designed for large-scale production runs. In an average 8–10 hour shift, we can produce approximately 40,000 to 60,000 or more garments per day, depending on ink coverage, color count, and setup requirements.
This capacity allows us to efficiently support large programs, event apparel, corporate campaigns, and national promotions while maintaining consistent print quality across full production runs.
Digital Transfer (DTF)
We operate two high-output DTF printers capable of handling volume production. Average daily output ranges from approximately 4,800 to 10,000 transfers per day based on an 8–10 hour shift.
Digital transfer is ideal for fast turn programs, variable data, multi-SKU orders, and designs requiring flexibility without sacrificing speed.
Scalable Production
Our standard operating schedule runs 8–10 hours per day, with the ability to scale production through extended shifts, night operations, and weekend runs as required. Extended operations can increase daily output by 50 percent or more, allowing us to meet tight deadlines and peak-season demand.
